Key Responsibilities

The Facilitator will:

• Design and deliver structured and engaging workshops for ECA divisions and sections.
• Facilitate team retreats, strategic planning sessions, and organizational interventions.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across teams.
• Develop solution-oriented facilitation approaches aligned with institutional priorities.
• Produce high-quality facilitation outputs and reports.
• Support staff engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education

Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilitation, team development, and organizational interventions.
• Experience delivering workshops and retreats for professional teams.

Competencies

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage group dynamics effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical ability.
• Capacity to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

Languages

• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of French is an asset.
