Qualification:

MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in financial transactions, operations, and control activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions
• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
• Lead and manage finance teams for improved efficiency
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Plan and coordinate division activities
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, credit control, and petty cash

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws
• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Peachtree
• Ability to work under pressure
