Job Description

Lula Embroidery Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Officer to join our Textile and Garment Company. This role combines financial supervision, administrative coordination, and HR support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Supervision

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Maintain financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors during reviews and audits.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring.

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies and facility management.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment to enhance productivity.

HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with labor and legal standards.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist managers in enhancing team capacity through HR coordination.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain financial, HR, and administrative documents, contracts, and policies.
  • Generate regular reports on financial and HR performance for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, administration, and/or HR support — preferably in the textile and garment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, HR practices, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
