The Finance and Administration Director leads the institution’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and sustainable financial performance. The role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, resource management, and strategic planning while supporting executive leadership and institutional growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA or MA in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or Economics
  • Minimum of 8 years (BA holders) or 6 years (MA holders) relevant experience
  • Proven experience in senior financial and administrative leadership roles

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong practical experience in Core Banking Systems
  • IFRS trained and well-experienced
  • Strategic leadership, financial planning, and governance skills
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
