Key Responsibilities

• Process payment vouchers, invoices, and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities when required.
• Process Letters of Credit (LC), foreign payments, and banking transactions.
• Manage financial processes related to import and export operations.
• Prepare and process import/export financial documentation and payments.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customs offices, and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Support preparation of financial reports and internal financial reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in import/export finance operations is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Experience with payment processing and bank transactions.
• Understanding of import/export documentation and financial processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
