Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing audit plans and audit programs
• Conduct audit fieldwork by reviewing financial records and supporting documents
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting systems, and compliance with IFRS and policies
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and control weaknesses, and recommend improvements
• Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports
• Verify accuracy of financial statements and accounting records
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and internal procedures
• Support senior auditors in completing assignments on time
• Participate in follow-up audits to track implementation of recommendations
• Maintain proper audit documentation and evidence
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of audit-related experience
• Experience in audit firms is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Peachtree and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literacy
