Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate educational activities and classroom events.
• Provide administrative support including record keeping and parent communication.
• Support creative learning activities to improve student engagement.
• Assist teachers in student assessment and progress evaluation.
• Maintain organized student records and educational resources.
• Support lesson plan preparation and development of learning materials.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Teaching license or registration where required by education authorities.
• PGDT qualification is an advantage where applicable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Strong command of the language of instruction (English preferred).
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
