Job Description

Hosea Real Estate is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footage Taker & Video Editor to capture and produce high-quality video content across properties, events, and marketing campaigns. This role involves hands-on video production, editing, and collaborating with the marketing team to deliver compelling content that aligns with brand standards and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and execute video shoots at offices, construction sites, properties, and company events.
  • Operate digital cameras, phones, lighting, and audio equipment for professional footage.
  • Capture high-quality video and audio with proper framing, lighting, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to storyboard and conceptualize content.
  • Edit raw footage into polished outputs with color grading, transitions, graphics, sound, subtitles, and effects.
  • Deliver weekly video projects ahead of deadlines and format for multiple platforms.
  • Maintain organized media files, backups, and project assets.
  • Stay updated on trends in video production, editing, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography, Computer Science, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant video production and editing experience.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
