Job Description
The General Accounts and Budget Division Manager is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, account management, and internal controls. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with IFRS, and effective financial planning to support organizational objectives.
Qualification & Experience:
- BA or MA in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or Economics
- Minimum of 7/5 years (BA holders) or 5 years (MA holders) relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and account management
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge and application of Core Banking Systems
- IFRS trained and well-experienced
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial control skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
