Job Description

ELZIKLAG Trading P.L.C is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead company operations, drive growth, and ensure effective resource management.The General Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to management and staff
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and identify business expansion opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements
  • Carry out company assignments and represent the organization when required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial position
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a business
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Amharic and English
