Golang Backend Developer - Arif Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Go (Golang).
• Build scalable and secure systems while optimizing performance, reliability, and throughput.
• Write clean, testable code and maintain high engineering standards.
• Integrate backend services with databases, queues, and external services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system observability and monitoring.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver features on time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience with Go (Golang) and backend development.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and service integrations.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with messaging and queueing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, security best practices, and data protection.
• Strong understanding of system design, concurrency, and performance fundamentals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of gRPC or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
