Educational Qualification:

BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 8 years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) or 7 years (for Master’s degree holders) of relevant insurance experience after graduation.
• At least 2 years as Grade 4 City Branch Manager or Grade 3 Upcountry Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement branch business plans and sales strategies.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch finances, risk exposure, and customer relations.
• Promote insurance products and strengthen market presence.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Excellent marketing, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and people management abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong computer application skills.
• CII certification is an advantage.
