Job Description
The Grading / Packhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all post-harvest operations, including grading, packing, quality control, and dispatch of flower products. The role ensures efficient workflow, product quality standards, and compliance with company and export requirements while supervising packhouse staff and improving productivity and operational performance.
Qualification
BSc Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture from a recognized college or university
Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in flower post-harvest operations
Additional Skills
Good command of English (mandatory)
Proficiency in Afan Oromo (required)
