Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise the CEO and board on investments, growth opportunities, and capital structure.

Financial Planning & Performance

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across subsidiaries.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Treasury & Capital Management

• Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee financing and debt management strategies.

Investment & Capital Expenditure

• Evaluate capital investment proposals and business cases.
• Monitor post-investment performance and return on investment (ROI).

Audit & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage tax compliance and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, and financial institutions.

Financial Governance & Leadership

• Lead finance teams across subsidiaries and strengthen financial governance.
• Promote ethical financial practices and continuous improvement through digitization and automation.

Talent Development

Mentor finance professionals and build strong financial management capabilities across the organization.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience
• At least 7 years in senior financial leadership roles

Professional Certification

ACCA, CPA, or CA certification strongly preferred

Skills

• Strong financial management and accounting expertise
• Strategic planning and financial analysis skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
