Job Description
SNFD Bakery PLC (Mulmul Bread Factory) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and growing organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily HR administrative operations and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and notices.
- Track and report employee attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools is an advantage.
