Job Description
The HRD Department Manager will lead the Human Resources and Development function, overseeing HR strategy, operations, and employee development initiatives. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and drives organizational growth through talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR and development strategies and operations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support decision-making and problem-solving within the HR function.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with labor regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: First or Second Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: 6–8 years in HR roles, including at least 3 years in a similar managerial capacity.
