Hudi Trading PLC is a multi-branched food manufacturing company specializing in high-volume, premium-quality baked goods. The company operates production facilities across Addis Ababa and serves retail partners, food service providers, and dedicated brand outlets.Hudi Trading PLC is currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:
Position 1: Graduate Trainee – Production Controller
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- No prior work experience required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Good communication skills.
Position 2: Cost Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing company or hotel.
Required Skills:
- Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Position 3: Electrician
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering, or Level 5 qualification in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 0 years and above.

- Practical and task-oriented approach to the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines and electrical equipment.
Position 4: Mechanic
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or Level 5 and above in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 0 years and above.
Required Skills:
- Creativity and problem-solving ability.
Position 5: Store Department Head
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, Economics, Food Science, Industrial Management or Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of direct relevant work experience.
