Job Description
Intrinsic Consultancy PLC is looking for skilled and analytical Industrial Engineering Officers to support production efficiency, conduct capacity studies, perform time & motion analyses, and manage IE-related databases. The position requires strong IE knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze production performance in a garment/manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct capacity studies using bar charts and frequency sheets.
- Monitor line balancing, absenteeism, and manpower distribution.
- Perform time & motion studies and update SMV (Standard Minute Value) data.
- Support QCO (Quick Change Over) monitoring and record changeover times.
- Monitor and report downtime reasons daily; recommend corrective actions.
- Update and manage the IE database (SMVs, CMS, style-wise performance data).
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Team Leader.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Engineering, or related fields.
Skills:
- Time & motion study
