Key Responsibilities

Oversee the performance, updates, and maintenance of the Core Banking System (CBS), digital lending platforms, and mobile money systems.

Ensure reliable connectivity between the head office and branches.

Manage servers, computer hardware, and backup power solutions.

Implement cybersecurity measures to protect customer financial data.

Ensure IT operations comply with applicable National Bank of Ethiopia electronic banking regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience:

At least 6 years of total work experience.

At least 3 years of related work experience.

At least 2 years in a senior position.

Additional Requirements:

Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and practices.

Good knowledge of computer systems security, development, and administration.
