Job Description
The IFB Officer manages interest-free banking products and services (Sharia-compliant) to ensure compliance and profitability of the bank’s interest-free banking segment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage IFB product portfolios and branch implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Sharia principles and bank policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide operational reports.
- Support training and capacity-building of branch staff on IFB operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant banking principles (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Associate Interest-Free Banking Officer or equivalent.
