Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information about interest-free banking products and services.
• Process interest-free banking transactions including account operations and financing services.
• Ensure that all operations comply with the bank’s Interest-Free Banking (IFB) policies and Sharia principles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFB customers.
• Support branch management in expanding the IFB customer base.
• Assist in developing strategies to promote interest-free banking products.
• Maintain accurate records of IFB transactions and customer documentation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve banking service issues efficiently.

Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience as Junior Interest Free Banking Officer.
