Key Responsibilities

A. Web Development & Digital Systems

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company website
• Manage content updates, site structure, performance, and functionality
• Ensure website security, data protection, and regular backups
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and technical requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve user experience
• Document web processes and provide technical guidance when needed

B. Social Media Management & Digital Communications

• Manage and grow YTSC’s official social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality digital content aligned with communication strategies
• Ensure all content complies with branding, safeguarding, GESI, and partner communication guidelines
• Monitor engagement, respond professionally, and escalate sensitive issues when required
• Develop content calendars and campaign plans
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations

C. Digital Strategy Support

• Support implementation of YTSC’s digital strategy and action plan
• Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility, engagement, and efficiency
• Work closely with advisors and shareholders to integrate strategic guidance
• Ensure all digital activities are aligned with organizational priorities

 Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in web development and/or digital communications
• Proven experience managing corporate or organizational social media platforms
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic front-end technologies

Technical Skills

• Strong web development and website management skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital trends
• Basic graphic design and multimedia skills are an advantage
• Familiarity with data protection, digital security, and content management best practices
