Job Description
The role focuses on digital system management, data quality assurance, training, and technical support. You’ll work closely with IT teams, field staff, and partners to ensure smooth system operation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Support
- Support rollout and operation of the JEOP Portal
- Manage user accounts, access levels, and system permissions
- Ensure data is entered accurately and on time
- Serve as first point of contact for technical issues
Digital Tools & Device Management
- Ensure devices (tablets, phones, internet tools) are functional and secure
- Maintain software updates, antivirus, and system security
- Safeguard digital assets and equipment
Training & Capacity Building
- Conduct training sessions for staff and partners
- Provide ongoing technical support and coaching
- Assess user capability and improve system adoption
Monitoring & Reporting
- Work with IT teams and partners to improve system performance
- Maintain documentation, data governance standards, and reporting systems
- Support development of data tools and dashboards
Coordination & Partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Support communication between field teams and technical teams
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in:
- Digital data systems
- Database management
- IT support or system rollout
- Experience in NGOs/INGOs is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Experience with tools like Kobo, CommCare, Power BI, GIS
- Strong data management and system support skills
- Good understanding of digital tools and device management
Core Skills
- Communication and training ability
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
