IT Officer – Nib International Bank S.C

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for banking systems, hardware, and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and information systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support system operations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper configuration and security of IT systems.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide user support and technical guidance to staff.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Including one of the following:
  • 2 years as Associate IT Officer; OR
  • 3 years as Junior IT Officer; OR
  • Equivalent experience in information systems-related positions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software support.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a banking environment.
