Key Responsibilities

A. Access Control Systems

• Install and configure biometric and card access devices
• Manage user access rights and system permissions
• Troubleshoot door controllers and system integrations
• Maintain security logs and system documentation

B. CCTV Systems

• Install and configure IP cameras
• Manage NVR/DVR and storage systems
• Configure remote viewing and system security
• Ensure system uptime and video retention compliance

C. Network & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
• Configure switches and structured cabling
• Support integration of security systems with IT network

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in access control and CCTV
• Experience in IP networking and troubleshooting

Certifications

• CCNA (Required)
• Network+ / MikroTik (Preferred)
• Manufacturer Certifications (ZKTeco, Suprema, HID, etc.)
• CCTV/Surveillance Certification

Additional Competencies

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and reporting ability
