Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding
- Maintaining personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR records
- Preparing HR letters, forms, reports, and related documents
- Supporting training, performance appraisal, and routine HR activities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee and HR information
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
