Junior Accountant – Strut Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial and cost transactions.
• Calculate company costs and expenses.
• Prepare payroll, invoices, and payment-related documents.
• Handle withholding tax, VAT, pension, and other financial matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare check payment vouchers and payment requests.
• Verify petty cash payments and supporting documents.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements for all accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax and statutory schedules before applicable deadlines.
• Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform database backups when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Suitable for recent graduates whose degree was awarded within the last three years.
• 0–1 year of experience as a Junior Accountant or in a related accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of Peachtree/ERP accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
