Aggar Micro Finance S.C. is a private commercial microfinance institution The Junior Customer Service Officer supports day-to-day customer service operations by assisting clients, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information on financial products and services. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service while maintaining basic records.
Qualification
- BA Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing Management
- Business Management
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Accounting
- Graduation Year: 2024/25
- CGPA: Above 2.5
Experience
Zero work experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Expected Competencies
- Effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer application skills
