Job Description

The Junior Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering front-line banking services, assisting customers with transactions, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient customer service at the bank’s branch counters.
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Assist customers in opening accounts and completing banking documentation.

Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Trainee Banker.
