Job Description
The Junior Interest Free Banking Officer supports the delivery of interest-free banking services by assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with IFB guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with IFB account opening and service inquiries.
- Support daily IFB banking operations and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all IFB transactions.
- Provide assistance in promoting interest-free banking products.
- Ensure compliance with IFB operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior officers in handling customer issues and operational tasks.
Qualification
BA Degree in cor related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience as Junior IFB Officer or IFB Trainee.
