Job Description
Strive Manufacturing is looking for a Junior Quality Control Analyst to support the Quality Control team in inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting quality tests, and ensuring finished products meet established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and packaging materials upon receipt.
- Conduct routine quality tests and inspections on products and production materials.
- Collect and document samples according to established procedures.
- Record laboratory and quality-control test results accurately.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations.
- Report non-conforming products or materials to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support investigations into quality issues and production defects.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Assist with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Support corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production staff to maintain consistent product quality.
Job Requirements
Education
- BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience
- 0 years of experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is an advantage.
