Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell spare parts to customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and product guidance.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
• Support inventory management and ensure availability of products.
• Monitor sales performance and report to the sales manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of automotive spare parts and customer service principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and track inventory using ERP or sales software.
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in automotive or retail sector
