💼 Duties and Responsibilities

The Coffee Cupper will be responsible for:

• Evaluating coffee quality through cupping and sensory testing.
• Identifying coffee flavors, defects, and quality issues.
• Preparing and conducting coffee cupping sessions.
• Grading and classifying coffee according to quality standards.
• Recording and reporting cupping results.
• Checking coffee quality and consistency.
• Supporting QC and export quality control activities.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the cupping laboratory and equipment.
• Communicating quality findings to production and management teams.

📋 Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
