Job Description
ADIU Communication Service PLC is seeking a Lead – Import and Export to plan, coordinate, and oversee import and export activities while ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient shipment processes, and effective coordination with banks, freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee import and export activities.
- Monitor shipment documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with banks on L/C, CAD, TT, and related transactions.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Monitor logistics service providers against SLAs and KPIs.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements.
- Track shipments and resolve delays and clearance problems.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, warehouse, and other internal teams.
- Maintain import/export records and operational reports.
- Identify process improvement and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Education:
BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Import & Export or Supply Chain Operations.
