Job Description
The Legal Officer provides legal support to the company by reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising management on legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to management.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal matters when required.
- Monitor legal risks and recommend solutions.
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
- Assist management in handling disputes and legal issues.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian legal and regulatory frameworks
- Legal research and document drafting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Communication and negotiation skills
