Maintenance and Service Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and service activities within the building.
• Lead and support a team of technicians across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently.
• Oversee operation and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems, including elevators, pumps, lighting, and HVAC units.
• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance works.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
• Ensure safety procedures, housekeeping, and energy-saving practices are followed.
• Report system performance and maintenance status to the Property Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical and supervisory skills.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and preventive maintenance practices.
