Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with relevant experience

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience (BSc holders)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for diploma holders
• Experience in ATM maintenance or electronic equipment servicing

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair ATM hardware and system faults
• Install new ATM machines and upgrade existing units
• Replace and configure components such as card readers, printers, and cash dispensers
• Maintain detailed service reports and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with central technical team for escalated issues
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards

Core Competencies

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ATM models and components
• Ability to work independently in field assignments
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong time management and responsiveness
