Educational Background:

• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (preferred)
• Technical certifications in industrial maintenance are an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on machines and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical faults and take corrective action
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts usage
• Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently in line with production targets
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new equipment
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently
• Good understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
