Manager – Graphics and Documentation Division – Awash Bank

The position will oversee the development of creative and multimedia content for print, digital, and social media platforms while ensuring consistency with the Bank’s brand identity and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage graphic design and multimedia production activities.
• Lead the development of creative content for print, digital, and social media.
• Oversee audio-visual production and documentation.
• Ensure creative materials follow the Bank’s brand identity and communication standards.
• Manage photography and video recording for Bank events and occasions.
• Coordinate delivery and management of photographs and other documentation.
• Support promotional materials, advertising, and annual reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced certification or specialized training in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Web Development, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
• Professional training in Marketing Management, Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Content Creation, or related areas is advantageous.
