Job Description
The Manager, IFB Sales and Marketing Division will lead the Bank’s Interest Free Banking (IFB) sales and marketing strategy. The role involves driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective promotion of IFB products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement IFB sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand IFB customer base.
Business Development
- Drive deposit mobilization and financing portfolio growth.
- Monitor product performance and market competitiveness.
Team Management
- Supervise and support sales teams.
- Ensure performance targets are met.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Qualification & Experience
- MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years relevant banking experience (for MA/MBA/MSc).
- 7 years relevant banking experience (for BA/BSc).
