Manager, Project Operations – Bahti Engineering PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership for all foundation engineering projects.
• Oversee project execution from planning and mobilization through project close-out.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Review project plans, progress reports, and operational performance.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Support risk identification and mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Report project performance and operational updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Related fields

OR

Master’s Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Related fields

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction or foundation engineering project management.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles.

Master’s Degree:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience.

⭐ PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong construction project management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of foundation engineering and shoring projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and cost control practices.
