Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate products
• Research and identify new media and promotional opportunities
• Organize and manage promotional events
• Ensure the company delivers clear and consistent marketing messages to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Partner with the sales department on promotion and advertising activities
• Oversee and coordinate all marketing campaigns
• Implement effective strategies to promote real estate products
• Lead the digital marketing team, including content creation, monitoring, and supervision

Qualification and Experience

• BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years and above relevant experience, preferably in real estate
