Minaye P.L.C is seeking a Senior Field Sales Officer who can independently drive sales growth, manage key client account
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and grow assigned sales territories, driving revenue through new client acquisition and account management.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and trust.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage end-to-end project follow-up — from lead generation to order completion.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Proven sales performance record and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field or B2B sales.
