Job Description
The Network (Portal) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring stable and secure ATM network operations through continuous monitoring, incident response, and system optimization.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- MSc/MIS preferred
- Specialized training in networking or systems monitoring is advantageous
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years (BSc) or 3 years (MSc) in network operations, ATM monitoring, or IT systems administration
- Experience working with ATM management portals and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios or OEM platforms)
- Experience in banking or payment systems environment is desirable
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor ATM network performance and system alerts
- Identify and resolve technical issues in real time
- Maintain system uptime and availability
- Coordinate with IT and technical teams for issue escalation
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Participate in system upgrades and testing
