Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• MSc/MIS preferred
• Specialized training in networking or systems monitoring is advantageous

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years (BSc) or 3 years (MSc) in network operations, ATM monitoring, or IT systems administration
• Experience working with ATM management portals and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios or OEM platforms)
• Experience in banking or payment systems environment is desirable

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM network performance and system alerts
• Identify and resolve technical issues in real time
• Maintain system uptime and availability
• Coordinate with IT and technical teams for issue escalation
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Participate in system upgrades and testing
