Job Description
The Office Engineer will provide technical and administrative support to construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination, and monitoring of project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Maintain updated project files and document control systems.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate between site engineers, consultants, contractors, and management.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Prepare interim payment certificates and support project cost tracking.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure project works comply with technical specifications and standards.
- Support quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Engineer in construction companies.
Additional Requirements
