Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Law or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with exceptional relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in policy analysis, research or programme support.
• Experience in policy mapping, stakeholder analysis and regulatory gap analysis.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian policy and institutional systems.
• Excellent English and Amharic communication skills.
• Up to 40% travel may be required.
