Key Requirements
Education:
- BA/BSc/B.Ed/MA/M.Sc in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or administrative experience in a kindergarten setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development.
- Excellent staff management and leadership skills.
