Principal Online Channels System Engineering Officer – Dashen Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain internet and mobile banking applications.
• Design, implement, and test solutions for the Bank's digital channel products.
• Ensure online banking systems are available, reliable, and ready for customers.
• Own customer incidents and problems through to satisfactory resolution.
• Ensure service issues are handled in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with software engineers on integrations with CBS, ERP, and other third-party systems.
• Support systems planning, security, configuration management, and software management.
• Manage systems and storage capacity, maintenance, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
• Support VMware virtualization design, implementation, and administration.
• Perform SQL administration and work with SQL toolsets.
• Apply data privacy, security, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of digital banking services.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Computer Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• or an equivalent field

💼 Experience: At least 6 years of experience in system engineering.
