Job Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
  • Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and services
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Analytical and cost management ability
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

🎓 Education: BA Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related field
📅 Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience
