Job Description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and services
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Analytical and cost management ability
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
🎓 Education: BA Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related field
📅 Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience
