Job Description
Shangtex Garment Manufacturing Ethiopia PLC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support its production operations. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production General Manager to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality output, and timely completion of production schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Production General Manager.
- Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, time sheet preparation, and document organization.
- Oversee quality control activities across the production process.
- Ensure production activities meet deadlines and standards.
- Support coordination between departments to maintain efficient production flow.
- Monitor and report production progress to management.
Requirements
Education:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory).
